Effective date
These Terms of Service are effective as of 16 July 2026.
1. Scope of services
Saunch provides custom website design, development, 3D visualisation, and AI-powered feature integration. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price are defined in the project proposal accepted by both parties before work begins.
2. Free concept
We may provide a free initial concept or homepage draft before any payment or commitment. This concept remains the intellectual property of Saunch until a project agreement is signed and the initial deposit is paid.
3. Payments and refunds
Projects are typically invoiced in milestones: an initial deposit to start, and remaining payments tied to agreed delivery stages. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Hosting and third-party fees are billed separately.
4. Intellectual property
Upon final payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and code specific to their project. Saunch retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
Saunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
